Welcome to our Easter Sunday service, with anthems by choir and handbells.   This was the final service lead by Pastor Yvonne, and she gave a powerful sermon.  The service finished with the traditional singing of Handel's Hallelujah Chorus, by the choir and anyone else brave enough to come sing it with us!

Here is the complete audio file for the March 29 Morning Worship service - Palm Sunday. During this service, the children's choir sang two anthems - one as the Call to Worship and the second just after the Prayer for Peach. Special thanks to all the children who shared their singing talents with us.

During the announcements, Consistory President Jerry Birt announced that Pastor Yvonne will be leaving us after Easter Sunday, bringing her service to us as our Bridge Pastor to a close. Consistory leaders will now be moving forward to find an Interim Pastor for our congregation as our Search Committee continues in its mission to call a new pastor for Trinity.

This is the third service in a three-part healing and reconciliation series led by our bridge Pastor Yvonne Rulli-Butler.

Rev. Dick Lyon read today's scripture. The service also included an anointing as well as music from the Trinity's Praise Band and liturgical dance from Trinity's Dance Team.

Today's service is the second in a three part series of reconciliation and healing for our congregation. Special thanks to all who attended and participated.

Paul Grane provided special music for the prelude with organist Carol Ann Day; the sermon begins around minute 45; the choir anthem follows around minute 74; and the handbells ring at about minute 87. The sermon includes comments from the congregants as well as from Pastor Yvonne, and the service includes the installation of Trinity's Search Committee members.

We welcome your feedback, so please leave a comment below so we'll know who is listening in to our weekly posts.

March 8, 2015

After three weeks of disrupted Sunday services for extreme cold and wintry weather in our area, Trinity resumed its regular schedule on Sunday, March 8. Today's service is the first in a series of healing services led by our "bridge" pastor, Rev. Yvonne Rulli-Butler.

Beginning this week, the Tech Team will no longer be editing the service into separate files for posting on separate pages (i.e. the sermon separate from the entire service). To simplify the process, we will begin posting the entire service in one spot. If you prefer to only hear the sermon, you can "click" to it at the identified minute. This week, the sermon begins at minute 35.

In addition, we are seeking feedback from those of you who use this page to determine how (or if) this "Listen In" ministry brings our faith community to you. Please post a comment below when you visit this page to let us hear from you. Where are you? Do you listen often? Can we pray for you or help you? Let us know. Thanks!

February 8, 2015

Due to a technical snafu, the audio for the February 8 service is not available, but those in attendance were treated to a special gift. The service was led by seminarians that Trinity has supported in their calls to ministry. These included the Rev. Dani Neff, who delivered the morning message, Kristen Adams, who provided the children's message, Jeff Kardisco, who offered pastoral prayers, and Beth Firme, who led the call to confession and the prayers for peace. All four led the call to worship and benediction. It was, indeed, a moving service and a gift to the people of Trinity.

Special thanks to all these special "children of Trinity" for sharing their gifts with our congregation.

December 21, 2014

Today's service did not include a traditional sermon. Instead, our children and youth provided special music and a special program called "A Super Christmas!" during the morning worship service. You can listen in to hear their voices and to see if you can catch the dialogue as the Hulk, Batman, Superman, Catwoman, and others run into Mary and Joseph on their way to Bethlehem. Superheroes and shepherds collide in this children's program that explores the meaning of the season!
